This website is operated by Ruddhi, under KV Silks, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to these terms. These terms apply to all users of the site including browsers, customers, and merchants.
Products
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Colours may vary slightly from screen displays due to photography and monitor settings — this does not constitute a defect. Product images are for representation purposes only.
We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or bulk/suspicious orders that appear intended for resale.
Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on select pincodes and orders up to ₹15,000. Ruddhi reserves the right to cancel COD orders at its discretion without prior notice.
Shipping
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location and are handled by our logistics partner Shiprocket. Ruddhi is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
All return and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Please review it carefully before placing your order.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and product photography — is the property of Ruddhi / KV Silks and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Ruddhi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
